THE SUMMER OF 1947

The summer of 1947 was an amazingly eventful moment in human history, in more ways than one.

In June of 1947, a French scholar named Jean Doresse discovered the importance of 52 books, referred to as the Nag Hammadi Codices, found in December of 1945 in a cave in Upper Egypt. These books were allegedly hidden by early followers of Jesus Christ, called Gnostics, nearly 2,000 years ago. Gnostics (gnosis is a Greek word meaning inner knowledge or insight) were considered heretics and persecuted by orthodox Christians.

These books included: the Gospel of Thomas, the Gospel of Philip, the Apocryphon of John, and the Gospel of Truth. Also in this collection were writings attributed to early followers of Jesus Christ, such as the Secret Book of James, the Apocalypse of Paul, the Letter of Peter to Philip, and the Apocalypse of Peter.

Also in the summer of 1947, 15,000 fragments from 500 manuscripts were discovered in 11 caves on the shore of the Dead Sea, about 13 miles east of Jerusalem. These are known as the Dead Sea Scrolls. Fragments of every book in the Old Testament (except the Book of Esther) were found. Prophecies by Ezekiel, Jeremiah and Daniel, plus psalms attributed to King David and Joshua, not found in the Bible are written in the scrolls.

According to scholars, the Dead Sea Scrolls were written by the Essenes (a strict apocalyptic Jewish sect that dwelled in the wilderness) between 200 B.C and 68 A.D. The Essenes were led by a priest known as the "Teacher of Righteousness" who was opposed (and possibly killed) by the established priesthood in Jerusalem.

On June 21, 1947, an airplane pilot named Kenneth Arnold spotted what he described as “flying saucers” over Mt. Rainier in Washington. The term “flying saucer” soon became part of the English language. Over the next few weeks, hundreds of reports of flying saucers appeared in newspapers across the USA.

On July 4, 1947, several witnesses, including an older couple sitting on their porch, an archeologist and his students on a field trip, and two nuns changing shifts at a local hospital witnessed an object late at night "come in out of the north-northwest sky at a very high rate of speed" near Roswell, New Mexico, and crash into the earth.

This unidentified object was spotted on Army Air Force radar and an armed unit was dispatched to the area.

Sometime thereafter, during the daylight, Mack Brazel discovered a large amount of unusual debris scattered over his ranch near Roswell. He informed the local sheriff who informed the Army Air Force Base in the area.

On July 8, 1947, Major Marcel, intelligence officer of the 509th Bomb Group at the Roswell Army Air Field, released a statement to the press that a flying disk had been recovered from a ranch in the Roswell vicinity. The recovered debris was flown to "higher headquarters" where it soon disappeared from the radar screen altogether.

The official explanation, by General Ramey of the Army Air Force, was a weather balloon. Apparently, an intelligence officer and numerous witnesses were unable to distinguish between a balloon and a metallic saucer.

No big deal -- now we can all sleep better at night knowing our government isn't keeping any secrets from us.

In the summer of 1947, Jews began returning to their ancestral homeland, from Europe and Russia, to form a new state named Israel (officially recognized in 1948). The United Nations set up partitions for Arabs and Jews.

Also in the summer of 1947, Jackie Robinson broke the racial color barrier in baseball, Chuck Yeager broke the sound barrier in jet aircraft flight, construction began on the United Nations (U.N.) building in New York City and the minimum wage became a dollar an hour. The ever-expanding federal government created the Atomic Energy Commission, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the National Security Council, the Department of Defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

It was quite a remarkable coincidence that significant holy scriptures were discovered in the Middle East and UFO activity became intense during the same short span of time. Plus, it was quite a coincidence of the rapid buildup of military intelligence during a period of perceived UFO threat.

Or perhaps, it wasn't a coincidence at all.

On August 10, 1947, I blew out the three candles on my birthday cake. Then I went outside and played alone in my sandbox, contemplating my future as either the inventor of a space-time continuum modulator that would traverse parallel universes via vibration-frequency modality corresponding to the nine-dimensional vortex of superconsciousness within the quantum matrix of the id, or as a rodeo clown. At age three, I had trouble figuring out what to do with the rest of my life.

In the end, it turned out that a space-time continuum modulator was non-functional because the Galactic Federation didn’t think much of the human race thereby quarantining Planet Earth from contaminating the rest of the universe, and being a rodeo clown had too many potential mishaps such as being flung into the air by a large-dumb animal and landing in a fresh pile of large-dumb-animal dung, so I moved on to other pursuits.

Today isn’t much different than the summer of 1947. The human race is still populated by self-centered morons who lust for wealth and/or power, and/or demand conformity to their way of life. Materialism and mindless growth remain prime objectives, superseding stability and peace of mind. The greedy manipulate the wealth, the fearful initiate conflicts, the self-righteous demand conformity and the conformists fall in line. Humanity becomes a giant organism of power struggles, inevitably resulting in suffering and injustice.

On Planet Earth, greed is good, big is better and follow the leader over the cliff.

But at least we can now watch it all on TV.

In the meantime, those with enough common sense and fortitude to see beyond the programmed vision forced upon them by the Elites will live incorruptible lives of rebelliousness, patiently waiting for the glorious moment when the Bubble of Bling-Bling bursts.

The summer of 1947 was a monumental turning-point in human history.

Another monumental turning-point in human history beckons -- when human greed implodes upon itself and the Age of Enlightenment brings contentment to the Orb of Wounded Souls.

Bring it on.

Mind over Matter

In the 1990s, Professor William A. Tiller created an experiment whereby a small black box was fitted with a simple electrical circuit and plugged it into a wall socket.

Then four people who were highly experienced meditators gathered around a table where the black box was located in the center of the table. Professor Tiller mentally created a sacred space, then read a specific intention to the four meditators and to the black box whereupon the meditators mentally meditated Tiller's specific intention throughout the experiment.

The specific intention was that the contents within the black box should increase the pH balance of purified water by one full unit with no chemical additives.

It's possible to measure 1/1000th of a degree of change in pH, so one full unit is a very significant change.

The black box with the "intention" was then wrapped in aluminum and shipped to a laboratory some 2,000 miles away where it was placed near some purified water in a pH measurement vessel.

About a month later, the pH balance within the water began to increase its pH balance in the intended direction by exactly one full unit.

The experiment was then repeated, with an intention of decreasing the pH balance by one full unit. Once again, it succeeded to change the water to the intended decreased pH balance.

After the water reached the intended pH level, the water remained at that level for a month or so, at which point the device was removed from the room where the experiment had taken place and placed in a copper Faraday cage, thereby preventing any further electromagnetic energy from entering or exiting the black box.

The pH levels remained fixed at the level of the original intention, in some cases for as long as two years. But if the black box was removed while the pH level was slowly changing up or down, depending on the original intention, then the water would gradually return to its original state. Only when the pH balance reached its intended level of one full pH unit did the pH balance last for a significant length of time.

This same experiment was repeated multiple times by independent laboratories in Europe and America with the same results.

"For the last four hundred years, an unstated assumption of science is that human intention cannot affect what we call 'physical reality.' Our experimental research of the past decade shows that, for today's world and under the right conditions, this assumption is no longer correct. We humans are much more than we think we are and Psychoenergetic Science continues to expand the proof of it." William Tiller (professor emeritus of Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University)

There have been scores of other studies and experiments where thoughts (intention) have been shown to affect the material matter of the focus of the intention.

Your thoughts are powerful -- they affect you and the world.

The human mind can alter physical matter. Thoughts are deeds. Therefore, positive prayers can potentially affect the health of the individual praying or another being elsewhere.

Your Higher Self compels you to seek inner peace and think positively.

Life after Life

Dr. Michael Newton has a PhD in Counseling Psychology and is a certified Master Hypnotherapist. He is a pioneer in examining the mystery of our existence in the spirit world after our life on Earth and has developed his own age-regression techniques in order to take his subjects beyond past life memories into their experience in the spiritual realm between lives.

According to Dr. Newton, people under hypnosis are not dreaming or hallucinating -- in this state, they are incapable of lying.

Initially, he was a skeptic who did not believe in reincarnation or a spiritual afterlife. His purpose was to treat various psychological disorders through hypnotic suggestion, such as quitting smoking or losing weight. However, occasionally a subject would ask him to bring them back to a past life. Over time, Dr, Newton gradually became aware of a pattern of experiences everyone encountered.

The following 10 sequential stages of experiences we will all encounter in the afterlife are from Dr. Newton's first book, JOURNEY OF SOULS.

1) Death and Departure

Upon death, you float out of your body. You observe people around you, grieving about your death. You then feel a sensation where you are drawn away from your body. You feel euphoric and free. There is a brilliant light beckoning you -- some see the light in the distance while others feel this light all around them.

There is a strong attraction toward the afterlife. Some people go with the flow toward the light, while others may linger around Earth for a few days of our time (there is an accelerated sense of time in the afterlife).

2) Gateway into the Spirit World

Not everyone experiences this sequence of events.

You observe a dark tunnel. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. You enter the tunnel and approach the light. For some, the tunnel appears right after they float out of their bodies, while others soar high above the Earth before they encounter and enter the tunnel.

3) Homecoming

You are greeted in the afterlife by your spirit guide and others. These people in the spirit world may appear as masses of luminous energy, but they also project faces you are familiar with. They are there to greet us and help us peacefully transcend into the spirit world.

Some of these people may still be physically alive in the Earth world. When a person incarnates into a carnal world, such as Earth, the true soul remains in the spirit world. The physical human body on Earth is a projection of the true spirit (soul) in a higher realm.

4) Orientation

Your spirit guide assists you through a process of healing whereby you are cleansed of the traumas you may have brought with you into the afterlife. You enter a room of light where you are bathed in a stream of liquid healing energy that appears like a beam of light coming toward you and moving through you.

The second phase of orientation is a counseling process through your spirit guide. This is a private initial session to prepare you for your later appearance before the Council of Elders. You will discuss your life on Earth and whether you lived up to the expectations that you chose to experience and master before birth into Earth.

5) Transition

You enter a large area where you observe souls coming and going, floating within an interconnecting web of tunnels to their next destinations. Once you move through these tunnels, you begin a group counseling session.

You are joined by those you love and who are on the same general level of soul evolution as you. You discuss your experiences and compare notes with these familiar souls. You are connecting with family and friends, and are aware which ones are between lifetimes and which ones are also in a physical body in a carnal dimension.

You appear before a Council of Elders to discuss your soul evolution and goals for your next incarnation. The members of the Council of Elders are highly evolved spirits, who reside in the higher spiritual realm, with a strong sense of divinity and are bathed in a light of energetic positive power. The Elders encourage patience and to hold true to your values.

6) Placement

You now find yourself in a school classroom type of environment with your own soul group (your closest friends who are on the same general soul evolution level). The soul groups can be between 3 and 25 souls, with the typical group at about 15 souls -- referred to as your Inner Circle, which remains consistent from lifetime to lifetime. You also come in contact with a much larger secondary group, which consists of a thousand or many more souls who move together in clusters through different eras and locations.

In this school setting, you are sitting down examining your "life book" whereby each page of this large leather-bound book contains a given period of time in your earthly life in the form of a virtual-reality holographic projection. As you go through the book, you review your life experiences, with emphasis on the minds of those with whom you interacted.

There are 7 levels that souls move through in the afterlife. Souls do not gain the opportunity to stop reincarnating into physical bodies until they have reached Level 5. At the Placement stage of soul evolution, the following reflects the percentage of souls along the evolutionary process.

Level 1 -- 42%
Level 2 -- 31%
Level 3 -- 17%
Level 4 -- 9 %
Level 5 -- 1 %

7) Life Selection

Many souls do not want to leave the spiritual realm -- a dimension of peace, love, wisdom and bliss -- back into a reincarnation within an earthly dimension of pain, suffering and injustice, such as Planet Earth or other third-density planets.

However, you must choose your next incarnation based on your evolutionary needs to aid in your soul growth. You will only chose incarnations you are capable of handling, but things don't always go as planned.

8) Choosing a New Body

During the Life Selection process, you will also choose a new body. Each body has difficulties associated with it, thus you will discuss your choices with your spirit guide. Most major injuries you will experience in your physical life are also chosen at this point.

Much of your personality will carry over from one life to the next, but there will also be personality influences based on the body you choose, such as heredity and experiences.

9) Preparation and Embarkation

Numerous synchronicities will be planned to insure you take certain steps in human life at certain times. For example, if you choose to be in a relationship with someone, you may plan a symbol (an object or something being said or a specific piece of music or whatever) that will appear when we first encounter this person. High-level guides will assist you in this planning process.

After the planning, you may have another meeting with the Council of Elders to remind you of your intention and goals.

10) Rebirth

Once you finally depart the spiritual realm, you'll have a sense of dropping downward through areas of luminous energy. You may also observe another dark tunnel and return to Earth within it. As you exit the tunnel, you are now in the body of a baby within your new mother's womb.

After birth, you'll strive to integrate your soul energies with the brain of your new physical body.

May the Force be with you.

Happy Nations

Adrian White, an analytic social psychologist at the University of Leicester in England, has collected data from more than 100 studies around the globe and created a list that ranks 178 countries on the basis of happiness -- the subjective perceived well-being of the populace within each country.

Participants in the various studies, some 80,000 people worldwide, were asked questions relating to satisfaction with life and personal happiness. According to Professor White, "a nation's level of happiness was most closely associated with health levels, followed by wealth, and then provision of education."

Believe it or not, the top 20 happiest nations are:

1) Denmark
2) Switzerland
3) Austria
4) Iceland
5) The Bahamas
6) Finland
7) Sweden
8) Bhutan
9) Brunei
10) Canada
11) Ireland
12) Luxembourg
13) Costa Rica
14) Malta
15) The Netherlands
16) Antigua and Barbuda
17) Malaysia
18) New Zealand
19) Norway
20) The Seychelles

Some of the more prominent nations with large populations and/or significant global influence include:

23) USA
35) Germany
41) England
62) France
82) China
90) Japan
125) India
167) Russia.

And at the bottom of the list:

176) Democratic Republic of the Congo
177) Zimbabwe
178) Burundi.

As expected, the smaller nations tend to be the happier ones -- less people, less problems. Large countries with a multi-cultural populace have more internal conflict -- it's difficult to accommodate a wide variety of views.

Obviously, freedom wasn't a significant factor in this study. The countries at the top of the list are highly socialistic where taxes are burdensomely high and the government operates a multitude of social services.

In a collectivist society, people become dependent upon government thereby lowering individual initiative, causing economic stagnation. It also diminishes the pride and joy of personal accomplishment.

It's not too surprising that a social psychologist would consider "well-being" factors as the primary elements of happiness. But to many people, individual freedom is far more important than a government handout.

Weather certainly wasn't a major consideration either. Six out of the top seven nations are Nordic countries near the Arctic Circle where the air is cold, the nights are long and everyone drinks vodka just to stay warm.

In 2004, a liberal friend of mine was so upset with the Bush administration he decided to move to Finland because they have all sorts of government benefits. He also indicated he wanted to teach his sons to be self-sufficient.

When I pointed out that Finland had a high incidence of depression and the highest suicide rate in the world, he argued it was genetic. When I mentioned that socialism was the opposite of self-sufficiency, he growled at me. When I told him the search for happiness was one of the main reasons for unhappiness, he told me to eat dirt and die.

I don't think he ever did move to Finland, but don't know for sure. Our friendship ceased when it became apparent he was a blithering idiot. Wherever he landed, I'm certain he feels entitled to the earnings of others -- after all, that's what self-sufficiency is all about.

The USA is far from perfect. But it's big enough, from sea to shining sea, to explore until you find your niche, be it the backwoods of Arkansas, the lakes of Minnesota, the mountains of Colorado, the desert of Arizona, the beaches of Florida, the hills of Tennessee, the expanse of Alaska, the islands of Hawaii, the shores of Carolina, the big sky of Montana, the bayous of Louisiana, the bustle of New York, or the fantasy of California.

You can live a happy life in the USA. There are plenty of lifestyles to choose from; or you could end your pursuit of happiness and just be happy. If you can't find happiness within yourself, you won't find it elsewhere.

Besides, if you were happy every day of your life, you wouldn't be human – you'd be a game show host.
